Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Smoshe. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. The policies listed here are a generalized policy however individual shops may have more specific policies regarding shipment. Any Smoshe shop without a shipping policy displayed will default their policy to Shoshes’ shipping policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume in orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via Smoshe messaging.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If the item bought does not include free shipping, shipping will be calculated based on weight of the item(s).

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Once the item is shipped, all updates will be provided via the shipping carrier. Please locate your tracking number and contact the carrier. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Smoshe.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within approximately 24 hours. It is to the benefit of the buyer and seller to provide tracking. In the case of a dispute and or chargebacks, the tracking number may provide insight.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Smoshe.com is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Smoshe.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please refer to section 6.4 in our terms of use page. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting your seller or filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Availability of International shipping will be based on individual Smoshe Shops. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the seller is providing.
